We no longer support browser versions 4.x and older of Internet Explorer and Netscape (the reason is that some of these browsers, especially Netscape, does not provide full support for CSS). There's no problem another popular browser to be used, such as Opera 6.x and older versions of Netscape, but some problems may then appear (CSS styles, cyrillic fonts, exact placement of the contents on the pages, etc.). Cyrillic Fonts & Encoding All pages of the website in Bulgarian use the standard for Bulgaria Cyrillic Windows (1251) encoding. All other pages with texts in English and German use Western European (ISO-8859-1). Opening & Viewing Documents Most of the documents, published on our site, are in HTML format; there are also some that have PDF versions. For PDF files you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader, a free program for opening and viewing of PDF files; there are versions for Windows, Apple Macintosh and some other platforms. Our team makes great efforts so the contents of this website be available for viewing on as many platforms as possible; nevertheless, it's possible some problems to appear, because we don't have the possibility to test it on all the versions of the popular browsers at this moment. If such a problem occurs with a document that you cannot open, please, write to us, mentioning the exact version of your browser and operational system, as well as the matter of the problem. We shall try to make the needed changes. Printing of Documents The main pages of the website are not intended especially for printing, although there must not occur any serious problems, if there's need for this. They are optimized only for viewing on computer screen (recommended size 800x600 or 1024x768 pixels). The documents, published in the "facts" and "legislation" sections (articles, laws, EU directives, etc.), are optimized both for easy reading on computer screen and for printing. This applies both to HTML and PDF documents. Searching for Documents Our website uses the search of Atomz.com, a very reliable search engine. The only restriction of it is that it does not index PDF files.
