This is outrageous. To avoid the excess of population of dogs the correct methods are spay/neuter, not murder. Yes, to kill animals it's a murder. Animals are sentient beings, that feel joy, happiness, fear, pain, suffer. They are not different from human beings. We cannot do to non human animals what we refuse to do to human animals. I also was informed that the Pope will visit Sofia in the end of May and due to that fact, the authorites of Sofia, are killing more and more animals to keep the streets clean. I do not believe that the Pope would be very happy to know that his visit is contributing to murder animals. They also are creatures of God, just like us. I urge to stop immediately this slaughter. Sincerely, Henrique Borges, Portugal contacto@esoterica.pt |
